  Enhance energy, metabolism & digestion

 1.  First you want to begin by getting raw greens in your diet…here are some simple ways to keep you motivated;

  • Make a simple salad with Spinach, Romaine, Kelp, Arugula or any leafy green (not Iceberg lettuce, it is not green and therefore has no nutrient value)
  • Juicing (Using any fresh vegetable and adding either, green apples, pineapple or natural sweetener i.e., Stevia, Xylitol, Raw honey, Sweet nectar or Coconut Sugar)
  • Supplement with a raw green in either a powder or a capsule (AloeLife daily greens, New Vitality Royal blend and Amazing grass all taste great and are some of my personal favorites)

2.  Increase your fiber intake, you need 25-35 grams per day. The average western diet only supplies approximately 10 g per day!

Fiber rich foods:

  • Whole sprouted grains ie,  Quinoa, Amaranth, Millet, Buckwheat, etc.
  • Legumes, including Flax seed, Coconut, Garbanzo beans,Lentils, Adzuki beans, etc.
  • Sprouted Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds, etc.

3.  Consume Raw vitamins and Minerals derived from whole foods, not inorganic minerals…synthetics are made from by-products and anything which will not work!

Two principles:

  • Have nutrient intelligence…The nutrients from food natural nutrition knows how to deliver the nutrients appropriately. You don’t know what you don’t know.
  • Vitamins are best from raw food , organisms in soil brings the dead in food to life by feeding the living organisms, each contain a sequence code of amino acids, enzymes and other essential nutrients.
  • Don’t take vitamins if you don’t “feel a difference”, just as dietary nutrition is effective in your well being, same goes with quality nutritional supplements

4.  Unlock your health potential regardless of genetics or predispositions!

  • Taking care of the Gut will take care of you…This principle cannot be emphasized enough!

A Detox Diet (also called a cleansing diet) will remove toxins and poisons from your body. The idea of a good detox diet is to eat pure and natural foods that will aid the function of the lymph, kidneys, and liver. All foods that hinder the regime will be avoided.

Detox diets are controversial. Many feel that most of the so-called “medical science” presented in these diets is nothing more than fiction. It is true that most of these diets have quite severe restrictions, and should be embarked upon with great care. A Raw food cleanse: A generic diet advocating consumption of raw, uncooked food only. Follow the vegetarian, mediterranean diet…it is science not a gimmick!

Clean, Green & Lean, is written by Walter Crinnion, a naturopathic doctor who is one of the world’s leading authorities on environmental medicine . He explains that most diet plans don’t work because they overlook an important factor; our exposure to toxins from the food we eat and our environment. He says that no matter how much you diet or exercise, you will have difficulty losing weight if you have a high level of toxins in your body.

Recommended Foods

Organic fruit and vegetables, organic eggs, Alaskan salmon, shrimp, chicken, turkey breast, chicken breast, tofu, almond, rice or coconut milk, raw cultured yogurt, corn tortillas, gluten-free breads & pasta, brown rice, kidney beans, pinto beans, macadamias, pecans, walnuts, organic butter, olive oil, plant protein such as Brown rice, pea, hemp & vegetable protein, rice bran, green tea. Replace refined sugar and other deleterious sweeteners (artificial)with;  Stevia, xylitol, Coconut sugar, Raw honey, Agave Nectar, Organic cane sugar, etc.

These natural foods can be found at your local Health food stores or in the Organic sections at your Grocery store or Food market.

5.  Get more REST, SUNLIGHT, PURE WATER, LOVE AND HUGS

  • Consuming raw foods not only deliver nutrients and helps hydration but also facilitates in eliminating waste better than anything!
  • Boost probiotics (The healthy germs/bacteria)

There is good and bad of every kind of food compound:

Yep! Antibiotics are  microorganisms and fungi derivable from a mold or bacterium that destroy beneficial bacteria which support good health and defend against microorganisms. Doesn’t it seem absurd to inoculate your body with microorganisms or disease-causing bacteria to attempt destroying other microorganisms or disease-causing bacteria? So the question is, why would you choose antibiotics in place of probiotics?

  • If you eat dairy, meat, eggs, etc.
  • If you ever have bathed, swam, or had a shower or drank chlorinated water!
  • If you ever have consumed sugar
  • If you have ever experienced stress or been upset!

  • Start every morning with a light meal, particularly fruit and protein to burn fuel fast,  this one is critical to beginning to stimulate your metabolic activity. (NOT COFFEE! Yerba Mate and Green tea are healthier alternatives)
